Turnaround Times
Please refer to our shop banner for current processing times. Processing time refers to the time it takes to design, create and pack your order. Please allow extra time for delivery. Our working days are Monday - Friday.
An example:
If the current processing timescale is 1-3 working days, if you order on a Thursday, the latest your order will be dispatched is the following Tuesday. If you select 1st class delivery, your order is expected to arrive by Wednesday/Thursday.
If you need your order within a tight timescale, we would recommend upgrading to a tracked service. If you order is really urgent (required within 2 working days) please select 'Special Delivery before 1pm' at checkout and we will fast track your order. This service will require a signature upon delivery.
An example: If you place your order on a Wednesday with special delivery, we require 1 working day to create and process your order. It will be dispatched on Friday to arrive Saturday morning before 1pm.

2nd Class Royal Mail (4 to 5 days after dispatch) 1st Class Royal Mail (1 to 2 days after dispatch) These are an untracked services. *Royal Mail can experience significant delays during busy shopping periods, so please allow extra time for this. An item is not classed as lost by Royal Mail until 10 working days from the due date of delivery. I will ask you to wait this time before sending a replacement or refunding. |
International Standard Tracked Worldwide delivery aim: 7-10 Working Days Please be aware that international shipping can be unpredictable and parcels can take longer to be processed, particularly around Christmas time. My order is delayed and I no longer need it, can I get a refund?
While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, it's important to note that once an order leaves us, we cannot directly control the shipping process. Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to various factors beyond our control.
To avoid any inconveniences caused by unforeseen shipping delays, we strongly recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially if you need your items for a specific event or occasion. Ordering with ample time allows for any potential delays to be accounted for, ensuring that you receive your products when you need them.
