Turnaround Times
Please refer to our shop banner for current processing times. Processing time refers to the time it takes to design, create and pack your order. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Due to a high volume of orders, we would recommend ordering well in advance of an event to avoid disappointment.
If you have ordered a print, you will receive a proof within the processing times - please keep an eye on your emails and check your junk folder.
If you need your order sooner, please select 'Special Delivery before 1pm' at checkout and we will fast track your order. This service will require a signature upon delivery.

1st Class Royal Mail (1 to 2 days after dispatch)* This is an untracked service. *Royal Mail can experience significant delays during busy shopping periods, so please allow extra time for this. An item is not classed as lost by Royal Mail until 10 working days from the due date of delivery. I will ask you to wait this time before sending a replacement or refunding. |
International Standard Tracked (7 Working Days - 28 Working Days) Please be aware that international shipping can be unpredictable and parcels can be delayed due to customs. We highly recommend ordering in plenty of time for an occasion.

Do you ship to the EU and Northern Ireland?
Why we can’t ship to the EU and Northern Ireland right now
Due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into effect on 13 December 2024, we are temporarily unable to ship products to customers in the EU and Northern Ireland.
What’s the GPSR?
The GPSR introduces stricter safety requirements for products sold in the EU. One key rule requires non EU businesses to appoint an EU-based Authorised Representative to ensure compliance and handle product safety concerns.
Why this affects us:
For small businesses like ours, appointing an Authorised Representative comes with significant financial costs and complex administrative requirements that are difficult to navigate.

My order is delayed and I no longer need it, can I get a refund?
While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, it's important to note that once an order leaves us, we cannot directly control the shipping process. Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to various factors beyond our control.
To avoid any inconveniences caused by unforeseen shipping delays, we strongly recommend placing your orders well in advance, especially if you need your items for a specific event or occasion. Ordering with ample time allows for any potential delays to be accounted for, ensuring that you receive your products when you need them.
