Whatever the occasion, we want you to be able to say it with a Foilux ticket. From our fully personalised options, to our wide range of scratch card foil tickets and everything in between, we're sure that you'll find the perfect gift for your loved ones.

What is a foil ticket?

A foil ticket is a unique way to present a gift that cannot be wrapped. The excitement of unwrapping a holiday present, concert ticket or surprise gift are often missing from gifts that can't be wrapped. Foil tickets bring the joy back to revealing these unique gifts.

Do the tickets work for admission?

No. the tickets do not work for admission into an event. They are for gifting purposes or to keep as a souvenir.

I'm looking for a ticket style that I've ordered before, but can not find it? 

Apologies you are unable to find what you are looking for. Unfortunately we have decided to remove some styles of tickets from our offering. We hope you understand and can find an alternative to suit your occasion. 

Personalised tickets

Our personalised tickets will be fully personalised digitally and hand foiled in your choice of foil colour.

What is the difference between a personalised ticket and 'personalise at home' ticket?

Our unique, personalised ticket will be made to your requirements and be hand foiled. We can personalise the wording, foil colour and even include a picture of your choosing on the ticket. The personalise at home tickets will be blank so you can hand-write your gift.

Will I get to see what my personalised ticket looks like?

To keep processing times as quick as possible, we do not sent proofs as standard. However, if you would like to see a preview, please let us know in the order notes.

Personalise at Home scratch cards 

How will I receive my 'personalise at home' product?

You will receive the blank ticket and a scratch panel. All tickets come with an envelope as standard, or you can choose to upgrade to a custom gift box.

How do I personalise?

To personalise, simply write all the details in the required box taking care your writing doesn't go over the edges. Wait 5 minutes to ensure the ink is fully dry.

Peel and stick the scratch panel and place over your writing. Please take care when placing the scratch panel to ensure the placement is correct. Unfortunately we are unable to replace any scratch cards due to the incorrect placement. 

I don't feel confident personalising it and placing the scratch panel, can you do this for me? 

Yes, of course! Please pop us an email to sales@foilux.com requesting this and the personalisation details and we will be happy to hand write your gift and place the scratch panel for you. 

What pen can I use?

For best results, use a ballpoint pen to avoid smudging.

FOIL PRINTS

Is my photo suitable for a foil print?

If you're unsure if your photo is suitable, please feel free to send it to sales@foilux.com or message us on Instagram @foilux and we will take a look.

For best results, we would recommend choosing a photo that has good lighting and is high quality. Try to avoid photos that are taken from a distance as this can often reduce the detail we are able to create in the final print. 

Will I receive a preview of my print? 

Yes! If you order a personalised print, we will send you a digital proof of your print to your email - this could go into junk so keep an eye out! You will then have up to 24 hours to request any changes and receive updated proofs. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will send your order as per the proof to avoid delays. As our prints are all hand foiled with metallic foil, the proofs will be black and white as the colour of the foil cannot be replicated digitally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we are unable to offer shipping to European countries outside of the UK via our website due to new shipping regulations. However, we can accept orders to European countries via our Etsy shop so please head over to www.etsy.com/shop/foiluxorders

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Whether you'd like something totally different or tweaks to one of our products, please get in touch and we will work with you to create your ideal print or ticket.

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the nature of most of our items, we can't accept returns for personalised items. However, we will always work with you to resolve any issues, so please get in touch if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please email sales@foilux.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
