How will I receive my 'personalise at home' product?

You will receive your golden ticket, a sparkly festive golden envelope, a scratch panel and full personalisation instructions. 

How do I personalise?

To personalise, simply write all the details in the required box taking care your writing doesn't go over the edges. Before starting to write, please check the scratch panel size against the space. Wait 5 minutes to ensure the ink is fully dry.

Peel and stick the scratch panel and place over your writing. Please take care when placing the scratch panel to ensure the placement is correct. 

I don't feel confident personalising it and placing the scratch panel, can you do this for me?

What pen can I use?

For best results, use a ballpoint pen to avoid smudging.
