How will I receive my 'personalise at home' product?

You will receive the blank ticket and a scratch panel. All tickets come with an envelope for gifting.

How do I personalise?

To personalise, simply write all the details in the required box taking care your writing doesn't go over the edges. Before starting to write, please check the scratch panel size against the space. Wait 5 minutes to ensure the ink is fully dry.

Yes, of course! Please write this in your order note or pop us an email to sales@foilux.com requesting this and the personalisation details and we will be happy to hand write your gift and place the scratch panel for you.

For best results, use a ballpoint pen.
