If you’d like the core wording on the ticket to be adjusted or phrased slightly differently, please let us know when ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate this.

To keep turnaround times as quick as possible, proofs are not sent as standard. However, if you’d like to see a black and white mock up before printing, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll be happy to send one over.

Every piece is handmade and personalised to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to create and package your order ready for dispatch. (During peak seasons like Christmas, creation times may extend - please view our shop banner for updates).

    - Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 Special Delivery (Available at checkout for urgent orders)

Every design is created by Foilux, with careful attention to layout, typography and personalisation.

Mindfully Made

Crafted using premium FSC certified cardstocks and packaged with care. Our paper based packaging is recyclable, and we’re in the process of moving over to compostable cello bags as part of our commitment to making Foilux more mindful without compromising on presentation.

I just got mine in the main for my sisters birthday and I’m so so impressed with it. It came with fast delivery within 3-4 days and it’s just as expected on the picture. The gold is lovely and so is the ribbon too. Also comes with cushioning in the box so the ticket doesn’t get damaged. Going to order it for many occasions for presents 😂
